Cohort Participants for Connecting Canopies
We are seeking new cohort participants for our Workforce Development Program. Connecting Canopies equips youth with skills in Urban Forestry, Habitat Restoration, Regenerative Agriculture, Data & Policy, and Outreach & Engagement. This is a paid opportunity at $25 an hour, 25 hours a week. The cohort begins on April 14th through December 19th, 2025.

Trainers for Green Workforce Development Program
We are seeking qualified trainers to join our Green Workforce Development Program. Trainers will support the Connecting Canopies initiative that equips youth with skills in Urban Forestry, Habitat Restoration, Regenerative Agriculture, Data & Policy, and Outreach & Engagement. Trainers will provide structured learning experiences that align with our goals of skill-building, employment preparation, and workforce development.

Ambassadors for Sowing Seeds
We are looking for Black professionals to support our student-mentor luncheon program, Sowing Seeds. Held in various Portland high schools for Black-identified youth, ambassadors will offer guidance and opportunities to inspire and create growth pathways for high school students entering the workforce.
This is a paid opportunity at $25 per session with up to 4 sessions per month. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Want to share your expertise or resources for job shadowing, internships, or other paid opportunities? Fill out this Google Form to learn more.
