The Blueprint Foundation is currently hiring for two WISE Program Assistants and one Workforce Development Program Assistant. Applications will be accepted until the position has been filled. Learn more below!

Job Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Location: Hybrid, Portland, OR Metro Area

Pay Range: $21 – $24 per hour, plus benefits

About the Blueprint Foundation: Blueprint is a non-profit workforce development organization dedicating its time and talent to encourage and guide young people toward careers in the industry of their choosing. Black youth and adults learn in nature via project-based training and mentoring that prepares them for family-sustaining careers in the green sector while contributing to environmental justice initiatives related to air quality, green infrastructure, and industry diversification. Blueprint has programs that support learners at the early learner, teenager, and adult stages of development.

About this Role: We are hiring 2 Program Assistants to support the planning and implementation of WISE programming across two tracks: Sowing Seeds (in-school mentorship) and Grounding Waters (outdoor, hands-on programming). As part of the WISE team, Program Assistants will work across both components — these are not separate assignments but two parts of a single role that all Program Assistants are expected to support. This is an active, front-facing role that requires strong organizational skills, good judgment, and a genuine commitment to the young people we serve.
Successful candidates bring a proactive mindset and a collaborative spirit. They are comfortable taking initiative, communicating clearly, and following through on commitments.
