What We Do

The Blueprint Foundation engages Black youth and adults in culturally specific workforce development that introduces them to, and prepares them for, family sustaining careers in the green sector. Our model uses a Witness Investigate Solutions Educate (WISE) approach, where participants witness nature, investigate environmental challenges, contribute to solutions, then codify their learning while educating their community. 

We also build green infrastructure that has direct environmental impacts as part of the training process.
